How-to make a simple matcha latte

Your guide to the perfect @ home matcha latte*

Step 1: Add 1-2 tsps of matcha powder (or hojicha) to a tea bowl. Pour in 2 oz (1/4 cup) of water (either cold or heated to 160-165F).

Step 2: Using a bamboo whisk, whisk back & forth just below the water's surface, moving your wrist in a "W" or "Z" shape to blend.

Step 3: Continue to whisk until tiny bubbles/foam appear on the surface. Pour matcha concentrate into a mug or cup and combine with 6oz (3/4 cup) plant-milk**.

***Note 2: If making a hot latte, heat the milk to your desired temperature and combine it with the matcha. For a cold latte, add ice cubes if you'd like! Sweeten to taste (we recommend 1-3 tsps) with maple or agave (our favorites). Enjoy!
