Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing Times:

    Our team processes orders Tuesday-Friday, except on holidays. Orders are processed generally within 2-3 business days of receipt. During high volume order periods, orders may take an additional 1–3 days to process.

  • Order Tracking:

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

  • Shipping Restrictions:

    We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FO addresses, or certain remote locations. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

  • Shipping Costs:

    All shipping costs for domestic (US) orders are reflected at checkout. For international orders, shipping costs do not include any import duties and taxes you may incur.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages:

    If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at help@matchathomas.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Changes & Cancellations:

    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@matchathomas.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
